Danuta is an ASPRS Certified Mapping Scientist – Lidar, with over 20 years experience in Aerial Mapping and Lidar. Responsible for all aspects of Lidar production, technical standards, quality assurance and quality control. Her technical background in photogrammetry, high accuracy data collection, orthophotography, and digital terrain models is critical for successful Project Management. Danuta holds an M.SC in Geodesy and Cartography.

Debbie Hazell
Debbie has over 35 years of progressively responsible management experience, with 18 years as a senior manager at GeoTerra. She oversees all contracting and administrative management of mapping projects.
Debbie’s experience includes production management, human resources, accounting, communication, business development, and project management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting and Production Management practices.
Zach DiCicco, CP
Zach is an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist with 20+ years of experience in the Geospatial industry. His expertise includes planning, compilation, Lidar registration/classification, and quality control of large-scale topographic maps. On a daily basis, Zach provides critical Flight Planning support to the GeoTerra Flight Operations department. His technical background is crucial to Airborne GPS processing of data and comprehensive Information Technology (IT) support.
Kathy Jepson
Kathy is a geospatial professional with over 15 years of experience spanning multiple sectors of the industry, including remote sensing, photogrammetry, GIS, Lidar, CAD, and 3D mapping. Her expertise plays a key role in projects ranging from transportation and environmental planning to municipal mapping and infrastructure development across the U.S.
At GeoTerra, Kathy serves as a Project Manager and Flight Coordinator for the fixed-wing aerial acquisition team. She works closely with clients and technical staff to define project objectives, manage timelines, and confirm deliverables meet quality standards. Kathy has extensive experience in calibration and processing of Lidar. She also oversees flight planning, coordinates mission logistics, and ensures the successful integration and delivery of high-quality geospatial data.
Tyler Van Heel
Tyler is a Commercial rated pilot, with over 6000 hours total flight time. Tyler has over 17 years of flight experience with 13 in aerial photography and acquisition. He has logged over 4600 hours as an air survey pilot, working with lidar, digital vertical, and oblique acquisition. He has extensive experience in the Cessna 210, Cessna 310, and Cessna 180 aircraft.
As Chief Pilot, Tyler is responsible for overseeing operations of the aviation department. This includes managing flight personnel, coordinating maintenance of aircraft, scheduling flights, and training. He has complete knowledge of aircraft operations, flight planning and coordination with ATC. Tyler is responsible for review of flight plans prior to crew assignment and coordinates with customers and ATC as needed. Tyler directs all single line to large scale acquisitions utilizing either digital mapping cameras (UltraCAM Merlin, UltraCAM M2, UltraCAM Falcon P, and PhaseOne,) or Lidar systems (Galaxy T-2000 and Galaxy Prime).
Molly Jackson, GISP
Molly has 20+ years of technical experience in GIS, mapping, DTM and feature data collection for 3D mapping products, and terrain modeling. Molly leads the GeoTerra GIS team, supplying a wide range of technical skills supporting the overall mapping focus of the company.
Molly has production experience in photogrammetry and orthophoto production, serving as a foundation for her work in GIS. Her GIS skills encompass database design, advanced cartography, surface modeling, ArcGIS Online mapping and administration, Experience Builder, data creation, geoprocessing, and data conversion.
In addition to strong technical and managerial skills, Molly has proven to be an effective communicator in writing technical documents to assist clients in implementing web mapping services and data usage in citywide projects.
Molly is certified by the GIS Certification Institute as a Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP).
Leanne Mitchell
Leanne has over 25 years of progressively responsible experience in cartographic mapping and photogrammetry. In her duties as Senior Project Manager, Leanne oversees critical aspects of projects, from inception through delivery of the final product including the QA/QC steps. She has extensive experience in photogrammetry including project planning, DTM development, and high accuracy data collection. Leanne is well versed in standard mapping techniques, procedures, and GIS concepts. Besides general production flow, Leanne’s technical expertise includes LiDAR acquisition, production, and data integration.
Leanne has comprehensive experience managing municipal, state and federal government, and industry projects. An excellent communicator, Leanne successfully interacts daily with clients and staff to provide the best product possible within the scope of services. Utilizing her vast experience in the industry, Leanne is especially adept at practical problem solving for clients.
Scott Wilson, CP
Scott is a Certified Photogrammetrist and Project Manager. He has over 25 years of progressively responsible experience related to cartographic mapping and photogrammetry. Scott is capable of overseeing all types of mapping projects from inception through delivery of the final product including the QA/QC steps.
As the manager of the Boise office, his experience includes planning, compilation and quality control, as well as extensive knowledge of standard techniques, procedures, and basic GIS concepts.
Scott has extensive project experience with detailed work required by transportation engineering and airport obstruction surveys and AGIS. FAA IDLE Certified.
Brad Hille, CPT, RPP
As Vice President of Operations at GeoTerra, Brad has a proven record of managing hundreds of projects of all sizes. He oversees critical aspects of photogrammetric and LiDAR production tasks across multiple technical teams ensuring specifications and schedules are met. Brad provides an exceptional eye for detail with outstanding organizational skills to track work, identify possible issues, and solve problems before they become significant. Brad has 30+ years of technical expertise is critical in supervising projects and managing them from inception to delivery, including the Quality Assurance and Quality Control steps.
An excellent communicator, Brad is responsible for client relations, project management and tracking, subcontracting coordination, flight and control planning, aerial triangulation, DTM and planimetric feature collection, and developing QA/QC processes. He successfully interacts daily with clients and staff to provide the best product and services possible within the scope of work.
Shelby Griggs, PLS
Shelby is one of the leading GPS surveyors in the country. He has an extensive background in cadastral and boundary surveying, having worked throughout the United States for over 30 years performing high accuracy surveys. He has performed large GPS control surveys in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Louisiana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington.
Shelby is a principal and Vice President of GeoTerra, Inc. He has been a speaker at several regional surveying and mapping conferences involving the technical aspects of GPS and its implementation.
